You aren't the only one who can dream.
I dreamed a dream once too, you know.
I dreamed that you would be understanding.
I dreamed that it would hurt you less than it would hurt me,
In fact, I tried to make that so.
I dreamed that we could start over one day.
That things would be different.
That we wouldn't always be angry.
That we wouldn't serve as target practice for each other.
But I guess it will stay that way.
I guess we'll live each day in vain
Until one of us finally makes a bulls eye.
I guess it will stay only but a dream.
The kingdom has fallen.
Peril and destruction lie in its wake.
Our burning light is consumed by darkness
With every last breath that I take.
The King and Queen are fresh in their new beds
While the towers, built with bride, still fall.
And with every last tear that I do not shed,
I refuse to beg, or plead, or call.
I lie there in the dirt with blood on my face
As the world around me begins to sober.
But I show no remorse, not a single trace,
As I wait for the darkness to take over.
After hearing rumor of a monster that hails
Great hatred, Beowulf set sail
To free Herot from a twelve year murdering spree,
Which left blood smeared on the walls so freely.
On Beowulf’s instruction, his team hid in the dark
And waited for Grendel, on whom Beowulf would surely leave a mark.
Upon Grendel’s arrival, Beowulf and his men
Leap out of bed attacking, planning to send
The scaled fiend back to Hell,
But soon found that their swords could not penetrate his shell.
Beowulf, however, saw through this charm
And with his bare hands, ripped off Grendel’s whole arm.
With a shout of pain, Grendel began to flee

Happily Never After:
Once upon a time in a Kingdom far, far away,
A small Prince started trouble, for he started a fray.
The prince and Pinocchio fought in the Kingdom's time square,
And this ticked off the Prince's parents, for it really raised their hair.
What they had in mind for his actions, there's no telling what may ensue.
No.. There is no telling what, but we will give you... a clue!
So thirteen years after that filthy incident in time square,
The prince is still here in this large tower, with eighty seven foot long hair,
When a young girl, to his surprise, called out his name,
"Young Prince! Throw down your hair, and we'll togethe
The day's always the same:
The same faces,
The same schedule,
The same heartbreak.
Sometimes I wish
That the sun won't rise,
That the moon won't
Show its face.
I wish the starts didn't
Twinkle so bright,
And that the flowers in the fields
Didn't bloom before me,
Because it's all a lie.
The change we see everyday
Is nothing but a lie.
The day's always the same:
The same faces,
The same schedule,
And the same,
All too familiar,
Heartbreak.

Beautiful - Levi x Chubby!Reader [Drabble]
You stared at yourself in the mirror, tugging at the skin on your body as a deep frown settled itself on your features.
You never were what anyone would define as skinny, or thin. No, you had been carrying this extra weight on your body for pretty much your entire life. You didn’t have an hourglass figure, you didn’t have a petite, slim body, you were just you. And you hated it.
How many times had you tried to go on diets? Too many for you to remember. You’d do your damnedest to shed those few extra kilos, either through eating healthy or working out regularly, but each time you’d end up eating something you weren

Right Revenge (Claude Faustus x Reader oneshot)
'If you prick us do we not bleed? If you tickle us do we not laugh? If you poison us do we not die? And if you wrong us shall we not revenge?'
- William Shakespeare
It was sunny, which was a rare feat in itself. You sat next to a large window, practicing stitch patterns on a new clothing design you had created. It was the very window your mother, your sister and yourself used to gather round when you were young, before they were murdered in their own home. The sun made your (Hair Colour) hair shimmer somewhat,

“Why not?” You puffed out your cheeks and crossed your arms over your chest in a pouting manner as Claude continued stirring the cookie-dough.
“Because,” he said simply. You rolled your eyes and groaned loudly.
“You sound just like a parent…”
Claude turned, his face completely serious, with the spatula in his hand. He held it out to you.
“Bribing me with cookie-dough?” You asked flatly. Your eyes flickered from the spatula, to Claude’s expressionless face, then back to the spatula again. Finally, you snatched it from him. “Th

Enough: An Erwin x Reader Fanfic
It was the subtle rustling of sheets that woke you from you slumber. Eyes, still tired, blinked open wearily, your body cringing against the cold air that crept underneath the blankets.
"Erwin...." You mumbled his name, still half asleep as the muscular blond ran his fingers through tangled hair, eyes blinking away fatigue.
"Erwin..." You say again, more of a complaint as the bed is cold and lonely without him.
With an exaggerated yawn, you manage to rise, rubbing the sleep from your eyes as you stumble towards the figure who stood not far from the warmth and comfort of the soft mattress.
Arms laden with the exhau

"N-No!" Erwin shot up from his bed, his white shirt soaking filled with sweat, and is sticking against his chest. His icy blue eyes stare at nothing in particular, his lips apart and letting out heavy, emitting breaths.
"Erwin...?" a soft voice whispered. He darts his head next to where he heard the voice. Seeing you, he sighs with relief, and his heart flutters. You placed a hand on his arm, scooting closer to the blond man. He shudders at your cool hand on his feverish skin, feeling more relieved than before. Erwin gives a reassuring smile to you, leaning in and pressing a kiss on your forehead.
"I'm okay, (Y/N)," he mumbled against your

The candle burned low upon the sleek mahogany desk, just barely illuminating the sheets of parchment that decorated your workspace. You rubbed your bleary eyes with the back of an ink-smudged hand. No wonder they strained! The hours had flown by before you even knew it. Now the day was nearly over, and the sun was setting beyond the horizon. Just wher
